Gender Swaying: How to conceive a boy?

Just wondering if anybody has looked into it.
What did you do and what was the outcome?
We are not seriously looking into, we will be happy with what ever we are blessed with. But i personally am very curious

I know everyone out there would like to choose the sex
of their baby but as of now, you can't.
Just hope that it will come out to be the sex that you wanted,
and if it doesnt, then oh well. Just be glad that you have a
healthy child and give him or her the love and attention that
you would have wanted yourself as a child.
You can try a bunch of techniques like different positions,
tarot cards or psychics but that will yield you with the same
result! These are all just mumbo-jumbo!
If you use these strange techniques to try to concieve a boy
or a girl it doesnt matter just as long as youre having fun
I wouldnt take them too seriously though

Naturally there is no way to specifically conceive a boy. I do know that each sperm is different sex, X or Y. If you truly have good insurance or the money, you could ger your husbands sperm what they call karotyped, they test the sperm for a X or Y, then you could have your husband Y sperm insemenated in you, its called invitro. As far as I know there is no way to specifically conceive a boy or girl as yet....
