I read in a strory that a blind girl was transplanted by a dog's eyes and she can see again...is that possible?

Apart from the xenograft rejection, they would not be able to connect up the nerve tissue, it does not repair itself like connective tissue etc. So it would be non-functional and it would be rejected.

Nope, it cant.
We have in our body, what we call human leukocyte antigens (HLA), and they are species specific....The transplant of dogs to humans is just a pull in the leg ( I mean in plain English, that they took somebody for a ride...)
