I'm not sure how the hymen works (or whether it matters if she has one or not) but if sperm does get in the vagina (such as if a boy ejaculates close by to the vagina or a girl has sperm on her fingers and touches herself there) then I'm pretty sure it's still possible for her to get pregnant from this.
The best case scenario is just to stay safe and make sure that if you're having sexual fun with someone that you are careful! And make sure you wash your hands afterwards, just to be safe.
