Let's agree it decelerates at a constant rate:
a=-k (k>0)
v=600-kt
x=600t-(kt^2)/2
x must be 30 at the end
=> 30=600t-(kt^2)/2
=> kt^2-1200t+60=0
delta=1440000-240k
2 solutions:
T=(1200-sqrt(1440000-240k))/(2k) (<0, so not valid ) or
T=(1200+sqrt(1440000-240k))/(2k) (>0, so valid)

Another view would have been: the average speed on the disance would be 300 miles/h, therefore, it needs 6 min to do 30 miles. Which is a lot simpler to get to the same result, but I like making things complicated!
Thankfully, I didn't take into consideration the wind, the turbulences and if it has had the "go" from air control or not! ;-)
It will arrive at 5:04pm (roughly).

600mph=268.22478m/s
30 miles =48280.32m
T=48280.32/268.22478=179.99sec
