Well I had veal earlier so hows about we mix it up, lets go and get some fresh scallop's and a bag of the biggest prawns we can find, maybe some baby octopus too.

I just made some real cute cedar planks in the shape of a whale to cook salmon so maybe you could use one and make some salmon.
