I would try VERY hard not to use them out of anger, but it would be difficult. The part about not using them in public doesn't bother me so much.

I'd still use them. I would think of them of gifts but it would be hard to "do the right thing" by them though.
It would depend on what the powers are though!!!

that would be fine ...I would rather not do anything out of anger
as for not using them in public that would be fine also ...for me that be an extra challenge in thinking out wisely how to use them within the boundaries I was given

Manipulation of matter, which pretty much gives you any super power, you can fly, morph objects into anything, become invisible, change your appearance, teleport, etc.
