Her "business" IS telling other countries our governments opinion on their affairs. She's the head of the State Department. What the hell do you think they do there??
You'd rather we send in the military every time we are displeased with the direction of another country? She's paid to TALK about OUR opinions, silly.
EDIT: In example, Madeline Albright (then Secretary of State) went to Iraq BEFORE GW1 and told Saddam he'd best get the hell out of Kuwait, and pull his troops off the border with Saudi Arabia. She went to TELL him, in the strongest terms, our OPINION of his actions.
When he didn't listen, we sent the military.
2nd EDIT: She's an EMPLOYEE. She doesn't formulate opinions, she relays those of her employer! And yes, that's GW Bush. Are all employees puppets?

Could your opinion of Ms Rice have anything to do with the fact that she is a woman or that she is black. Did you have the same opinion of Madeleine Albright when she served in the Clinton administration? Ms Rice is a very intelligent lady and is well qualified to do the job and as far as her looks , she looks better than a lot of the political hacks in DC.

Why does anybody on here think Condoleesa Rice is a good secretary of state? She has accomplished nothing and in fact, wouldn't "reward" Iran, Syria, or North Korea by talking to them at all. She is supposed to talk them into working with the U.S., not wait until they do what we want and then talk to them. What on earth made her think they would cater to the U.S. without even speaking to them?

She's indeed a puppet. Just like Colin Powell took the fall, and Alberto Gonzalez is about to take the fall....'when the crap hits the fan', she'll be the next person to take the fall. Just like Scooter Libby took a fall for Karl Rove, she'll take the fall before Bush or his Crony's do.
That's why Vladimir Putin just owned her at a recent NATO conference. See http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/story/0,,-6589973,00.html for more details.
Mrs. RiceCake is a puppet, just like Bush. She'll take the fall before he will though. But even the mighty George Dubya answers to 'higher ups'. Zionists and Jesuits just to name a couple.

She is the mouth piece of the Bush Administration. She is a good diplomat, but our reputation is so damaged by the President, that diplomatic achievements are hard to come by.

I don't know, but I happen to like ricecakes, and I take exception to you insulting them, by connecting them to that! Rice cakes are very healthy, and they can be tasty, too! As long as you have something healthy and delicious to spread on them! Some delicious hummus comes to mind!
I also get offended whenever someone insults chimpanzees by comparing Bush to them! *sm*

Just as much right as your mother has to tell your neighbor friends not to smoke pot in the garage when your dad is at work.

Everyone has opinions and many of us give it without being ask
Ms Rice sounds very intelligent I would think officials of other countries comprehend that and value her opinion.

Yep. If they don't play the freedom game for their people, then someone strong, has to tell them how to do it, right. I don't care what folks say about Condoleeza, they're wrong, and I love her. Bush is a little cuter, but I'd vote for her if she ran for office of presidency!
