in my usb disk (data traveler) there is sign write protection, can somebody help me?

in my usb disk (data traveller) there is write protection sign i can't copy file or delete it. there always write protection sign that i must remove it but i can find it.i try to format but the sign still exist in my usb disk. please somebody help me.cause it important for my education.

Just slide the write protect switch in the other direction to turn off "write-protect". It's a very small switch at the side.
