There's no doubt in my mind that money can buy you out of just about anything in this country.

Paris Hilton has a record of breaking the law. She has been given more breaks than any average citizen would have received. Her just getting 45 days in the County Jail is almost a slap on the wrist.

Most people, with the same arrest record as her, would have received much more time. It's funny, a person who has no money has to do alot of jail time, but those with alot of money don't. How is that equity in the criminal justice system?

I think she deserves much more time than she's getting.

There is an old saying:

Life is like a sh*t sandwich, the more bread you've got, the less sh*t you've got to eat. "

You're smoking crack!! She is getting what WE would get for the crime, and people think because she's a celebrity she can just run over the commoners. Wrong answer.

She was DWI, suspended license, contempt of court twice and was late for the trial. What makes you think she deserves a break??

Normally the DWI is 30 days jail, and the suspended license with the extras jumped it to 45. If she is late for her jail day, the sentence goes to 90 days!

id say so.. she is a snooty little bi*** ! i dont think judges like being made a fool of.. she thinks shes the cats ass and im glad the judge did what he or she did. even if she wasnt a so called star they had enough evedince to clearly see that she thought she knew everything and was untouchable..

I dunno, but I'd sure love to bend that Paris Hilton over and teach her a lesson! An 8 inch lesson to be exact!
