No , I have 3 kids that are all under 10 and they behave better than my son who is almost 11 :)_ I have total control of my kids when we are out in public....It takes a good parent to be able to control their kids......Some parents need to be put on a leash :)_:)_

I think they should realize how annoying their kids are. I don't want a little kid crying and screaming anywhere that i go and it happens all the time. The worst is when the parents are oblivious to all others and start talking to their kids in baby talk even though the kid is like 9 years old. Than they start talking to other adults with stupid baby talk words.
