Well if it a secret and it not your secret, you should not tell it, But if its your secret and it embarrassing, who ever you tell it to, it's going to be embarrassing, But you can explain to them that you would like to tell them something, and it embarrassing, but you need to get it off you chest.

If you don't feel comfortable enough with this person not to be embarrassed by telling whatever it is to him/her then don't tell

it depends what your telling them.
like if you like a guy
ask them if they think that persons cute
then say
cause i kinda like them
or just tell them not to laugh
and if they are your real nice friend they wont laugh or embarrass you
