I would prefer a woman to answer who might have actually experienced symptoms. I have read alot of stuff online but I'm not sure how accurate it is.

Most often there are no symptoms the first two weeks after conception. Although, personally I felt immediate symptoms which were, bloating, tender breasts, the start of nausea, and feeling very tired. It was like extreem PMS.

More often symptomms start around the fourth week.

Within the first two weeks you wouldn't have any symptoms yet. By the 3rd or 4th week you'll feel extremely tired. Almost like you're drugged. Then your breasts will start to be extremely sensitive. Finally you'll miss your period. Some women have nausea. I didn't. You really won't know for sure until you take a test. But don't stress out. If you don't want to be pregnant you'll be overanalyzing every symptom you think you have. If you are trying to get pregnant and you succeed, you'll know soon enough. It's not good for all those stress hormones to be transmitted to the embryo.

I was about 3 weeks preg when i started having signs. First of all, i was rearranging the living room furniture and all of a sudden got really dizzy and nearly fainted. I also had the freuquent urination right away and my boobs were extremely sensitive. By the time I was about 5 weeks along I had already started to gain some weight. Everyone is different when it comes to this. Also, before I got pregnant I smoked and one day I was driving down the road and the taste of the cigarette made me vomit. The next day I found out I was prenant. Immediatley put the smokes down! Everyones body reacts differently to pregnancy

Not much. You usually don't even realize it until the 4th or 5th week. Then it's a missed period... MAYBE morning sickness (but that doesn't usually come until later), and a positive pregnancy test.

UPDATE: Sorry for not being a girl, but I was very involved with my wife's pregnancy, and as every girl is different, no one woman's experience makes her an authority.

I woke up one night and I had to pee. A few hours later back and forth to the potty. I kinda knew from then. Even before that my breast were really sore and started to grow. The pain was something I never experienced before. Wearing a bra was painful.
