I do not think all parents do....I think they see their kids as cute and sweet and everyone should too.
Trouble is when you bring a child who cannot control themselves in a restaurant and you bring them there late at night or to a restaurant where you have to wait a while for your food.
The one year old in my care is getting to the stage where eating out is not fun for him and others...so we eat where I can get food right away or we bring it home. I feel it is not fair to others to have a yelling or screaming child.
Yet the 3 year old is wonderful at restaurants and I bring her to lots of places. It depends on the child and I feel at times parents really need to be more responsible.

If you think kids are annoying why dont you just walk away from them? Even if the kids are being truly annoying what do you want the parent to do? Keep their kids locked inside all day just because some guy thinks they're annoying and doesnt want to see them? Lighten up. Werent you a kid once?

i'm more annoyed by cluless parents. kids throw tantrums. thats life. when i'm shopping in a buzy store and some stupid mother goes and parks her stroller in the middle of everything so you can't get by or look at whats next to the stroller and walks away to look at something. i know you moms get tired but please leave the stollers outside a small store, carry the kid for a moment. respect the people around you. god, i just hate that so much and it happened to me again today.

Please not all children are annoying all the time. They may seem like it to you, though. Maybe you don't have children, I am wondering. I believe there are many children who behave themselves in public places and are very well mannered. The problem is that the ill mannered ones are the ones that stand out in public and aggravate most of the rest of us. :o)

No because if they did they would leave them locked in the closet where they keep them when they are annoying at home. The things is did your parents? And yes, mine did, that's why I was banned from the only grocery store in my home town.

my son is normally well behaved but lately he's been throwing his tantrums in the middle of the stores. i can care less what people think i pick him up leave for being bold

Especially the parents who are out drinking, making coke deals or banging their neighbor before the spouse gets home. Wouldn't want to be interrupted, you know....
