..My guess is that their lawyers are telling them that they may be sued if they accuse anyone of a "crime"and trash their rep.
...I also wouldn't put it past ABC to NOT release simply because if they chose to "selectively "report names to "protect" some and trash others they would be sued and would forfeit their credibility as the other networks would shred them by making sure that even the common clueless sap would be assaulted with the deceit of ABC 24/7..
