the thing i don't understand tho is it was created to keep public drinking fountains from picking up germs. BUT the guys the one that gets in trouble if this is brought up in say divorce court.

Underaged is a good one to start with. Some states are under 16, it just depends on which states. You can't do it in public places or with the shades up where other people are apt to see in, because the law says that is exhibitionism. Oral sex, in some states, is also outlawed.
