DIRECTIONS refers to the piece of paper telling you how to assemble something.

No it doesn't always have to be on paper. But verbal DIRECTIONS are called INSTRUCTIONS. I specified so you didn't think I meant North, South, East and West as directions!

i got directions to a motorcycle once,,,said to attach back wheels,,,,lol,,,,wheels,,,on a two wheeled bike,,there is only 1 rear wheel,,and,,get this ,,,it was already attached,,,the front one was not....
