It totally does if you leave the bottle open. The lack of air keeps it from drying out. And kind of it sticks anyway, since the sides of the bottle do get coated. It just remains wet so will eventually run down the sides.

The bottle keeps the moisture in so that the glue is still wet and runny. A little glue actually does stick to the bottom of the bottle most of the time because I don't use it up fast enough and it dries up.

Too much glue or maybe its the inside of the bottle the glue does not like.

It does, but it needs air. Ships in a bottle are held down by glue.

because glue doesnt completely form a bond to something untill it dries..since it is in a sealed bottel it doesnt dry so it doesnt stick...
