If you are looking for railway stations to take a train OUT of Mumbai, then Kalyan, Thane, Dadar , mumbai CST are important stops for outstation trains.Dadar is the nearest from the Mumbai Domestic Airport.
For local suburban trains, on the Western Suburban line- Ville Parle is the closest to the Airport.
For Central suburban trains to travel to Thane, Kalyan, Sion or Kurla would be the nearest station.
To travel on the Harbour (suburban) line to Vashi - Kings Circle may be closest station.

Suitable railway station near Mumbai Domestic Airport is Vile Parle. To go to Navi Mumbai. Take Harbour Line train and alight at Vadala Road, then change to Platform No. 1 or 2(where Panvel or Belapur train starts from Vadala Road) and take any train which goes to Navi Mumbai.

It depends on where you wish to travel to after reaching the nearest railway station to the airport.
You have mentioned stations which are on the central railway line.
If you wish to reach CST, you can catch a "harbour train" either at Vile Parle ( which is incidentally the nearest railway station to the domestic airport and autos are available to take you there) or Santacruz or Andheri.
If you wish to reach Thane or Kalyan, better you take a train towards Churchgate (western train), get down at Dadar. Cross over to Dadar ( central railway) and catch a train to Thane or Kalyan, as per your travel plans.
