Other than coupons. what kind of things can you get from your local paper that you can't get on the internet?

I still get it for mostly local news (i.e., crime, accidents. fire, assorted mayhem)

I live in a small town, so the newspaper here is a great way to find out what people are doing, what people down the street think (letters to the editor) and the local city council meeting etc. It's also great to see people's pictures and quotes.

I live in a small isolated town. Every police and fire call is listed in the paper but not online. I buy the paper after holidays and prom night and stuff to see who caught doing what because sometimes I don't hear all the gossip. I also buy the paper whenever my picture's in it.

Not everyday, but always on Sundays, I'm old fashioned in that sense. Besides, I don't want my bird pooping on my laptop when I'm done reading the news, lol!
