I'm 18 year olds and I've pretty much have been done with all the effects of puberty. I've been shaving for a while, have a lot of chest hair and some back hair, my voice hasn't cracked in like 5 years.

However, I just sort of noticed something about my testes.
As a teenage male I'll just be honest and say I'm very familar with my own genitals, but i've recently noticed that my testes seem to be lower and larger then I've really noticed before.

I've always assumed that happened a lot earlier and so I just sort of assumed that it had already happened. Then small testes would certainly be in proportion to the small penis.

So is this normal? Should I consult a GP?
I've tried saying something about the small penis size, but I just can't bring it up outside of the anonymity of the web.

ya no swelling or anything different about my semen or anything.

Also I really haven't grown at all or little all for a few years, I've been just under 6 feet for a while.

As a scientific fact, males don't fully mature until they are around 25. Every man's body grows differently; we all have our certain oddities. However, you should seek medical attention if you are experiencing swelling, not growth. If they are tender, painful or discolored, or if you experience a significant change in semen or something of that nature, you might get it checked out. Otherwise, you probably just aren't fully finished maturing. 18 years old is mature, but only to a point. You'll see. lol Good luck!

OK, hon, I'll tell you. When you are a baby, they are the size of small marble.
When you are grown, they are the size and approximate weight of small to medium size plums, with some normal variations.
From your angle, of course your penis looks small to you!
* A recent survey showed the average non-erect penis as slightly less than 4" [ yes, four! ]. The average erect penis is slightly less than 6".
** However, most men say their non-erect penis is about six inches, and erect it is over eight! [ and all us women just giggle ]

Sounds like you're still growing. Maybe warmer weather is causing them to hang lower. Maybe your penis will catch up next. Next time you visit a doctor, you could ask. One thing to keep in mind is that these are yours. Nothing can change the shape size, etc, so accept them as your best friends.

Temperature has an effect on how far down they hang. When it is cold, they draw up close to the body.
