I think that if a person constantly makes an expression, like frowning, that eventually WRINKLES will appear and exaggerate the expression. But no, your face will never 'freeze' no matter how funny it is.

No, parents just make that up to scare their kids for some unknown reason, maybe they just like to scare easily scared children. But no. No it wont
