I am 15 and have a 6.5 inch penis but I think I am circumcised. How do I know? Is it beter to not have? Will the girls like it beter?

There's pros and cons to both. Enjoy what you have. Women are bound to say what they've had experienced with, though. The USA is the only advanced nation in the world that does this to most guys (although rates are falling).
New studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity and pleasure in the long run (since it rubs constantly) and makes masturbation more difficult (probably because some require lubricants). Either way, enjoy whaty you have; I'm sure it works, right? =)

hmm..well, I don't want to be too blunt and say that you should know if you're circumcised .. but you really should know. When your penis is flaccid (that is to say it is not erect), is the head of the penis covered by skin. if you don't have skin that can cover the head of the penis, you are circumcised.
Many women do not like the idea of an uncircumcised penis; however, if you are uncircumcised, you should do your research on the procedure, the function of the prepuce (foreskin), etc. before you think about it.
PS: The guy before me said it's healthier and cleaner to be circumcised. Neither is necessarilly true. If you are cleaning properly (and it takes an extra second), then the clean part isn't true. And it's actually quite contrary to unhealthier; the foreskin was put where it is for a reason. Circumcision children is medically unethical because the reasons for doing them are no longer valid (they never were, but the knowledge stated otherwise).

Look at the link for a fairly good overview. Just look at the pics and compare, if you have the foreskin then you're uncircumcised, if not, then you are. This is true in like 99.9% of men. Occasionally a guy will be born with a foreskin so short he might look circumcised.
Girls don't care usually, though many also have their preferences for one over the other. I think it's better to not be circumcised (as long as the foreskin is working correctly, one maintains good hygiene, and practices safe sex), but if you are there's not much you can do about it; and it's not going to hinder you much anyway, so it's not really worth thinking about which is better/which is not better for you.

If you have foreskin that covers the head of the penis you're not circumsised. If the head is bare ... you are.
I don't think the girls would care either way.

Does it look like a giant earthworm? you aren't circumsized.
Does it have a smooth rounded head 'at rest'? you are.
If it isn't, you must retract the foreskin every day to clean under it, when you shower.
Girls don't really care - just explain it.

Is it kinda pointy on the end or rounded. Most girls prefer a circumsized penis, because they can't resist something that 10% off.

i prefer an uncircumcized guy. ive had two circumcized guys before and my current boyfriend is uncircumcized, i just think its easier to pleasure and more to play with. but i dont think girls are that shallow to make a deal out of it. if it works it works

If you are there is no skin covering up the head. In my opinion girls like circumcised better, it's cleaner and is more attractive, I would say healthier too.

I don't know if you are or not. If there is an extra peice of flabby skin on the head, then you arent. if that is missing, than you are.
It depends on which girl. Some girls think its gross to have that skin their, and some dont care. Some also may like it because its natural. its all a matter of opinion.
I do know that it is cleaner and healthier to be circumcised.

if you don't know, you shouldn't whip it out for anyone. ask your doctor. you're 15. don't worry about it for a long time.
