I would join a support group to cope better and place less strain on my family while undergoing the best treatment for type of cancer.
It would be unfair to give up when loved ones held onto hope for me. Today, life expectancy is increasing for many only given one
year, to an additional two years that I know of.

It was my mother's way 20 yrs ago to stop her treatment which did
give her 11 months longer than the original 90 days to live. She
wanted to forego her medicine & treatments to the many younger
people being cared for at City of Hope. A support group could
have helped her out a lot in being rational & informed.

If I had terminal cancer I would tell my family and friends. Then I would see if it is treatable if it is then I would try them ways. I wouldn't just give up, I know I have too much to live for, I have kids and a husband that I love dearly. I would do my best with the rest of the time I have left.

We often see hypothyroid symptoms totally reversed when commits to a plan that supports balance through nutrition and daily self-care. Learn here https://tr.im/vRVNx

Consume foods naturally high in B vitamins, such as whole grains, nuts, and seeds, and iodine (fish, seaweed, vegetables and root vegetables).
Exercise daily, at least 30–60 minutes per day, 4–5 times a week.
Practice deep breathing and other techniques that trigger the “relaxation response” – such as meditation and guided visualization.

Sometimes it seems the treatment is more deadly than the disease. I think I would pass on the treatment unless the odds were better than 50/50

Treat it until I could no longer stand the pain and then just probably give up.
It would also depend on the type and how bad it is.
