Hey,

i have blood pressure data for 5 different people for 8 days. I want to graph the blood pressure (both dystolic and systolic) for 5 different people with dates on x axis... In excel i have systolic in one colum and dystolic in other colum, for 5 different people (so 25 colums, 2 for each person, 5 people total)
I got bar graph to work with one person. how do i add other people?

THanks! URGENT!!!

it is possible for you to draw it with excel.follow the structure below: firest you write the dystolic and systolic data for each person in one row and follow other data for other person in another row under the columes you have entered data before.now you first highlight the colums and then choose the chart type with name"clustered column"
now all thing is ok.

Check the 3-D options. I'm not sure Excel will handle 10 dependent variables on a chart, though.

you would have to do 2 graphs. one dystolic and one systolic.
