Oh, yes. Definitely. Email them, and they will fax you a refund form to be filled out in triplicate and faxed back. In 13 weeks you will get your refund faxed to you, provided their reviewers don't reject it as trivial. If they do, they will fax you their decision and you will then have the right to fax an application to small claims court. -Don't have a fax machine? Then you're screwed. Is it really worth it?
