Sure. Doesn't mean that's what I actually believe.

I would grow a beard, asap, pretend to convert, see if I can't get in on the multiple wives thing. If that didn't work, then when the time was right I would go into the hills, ala "freedom fighter," and plant I.E.D.s and shoot RPGs at the Muslim government in the name of Christianity. Wash, rinse, repeat.

In that case, I would convert to anything. It would be stupid to not do this. I can imagine being beheaded is actually quite painful so I'll say whatever they want to hear. Once they let me go, I'd escape to a Western country and just carry on being myself.

Being who I am I would take the option of beheading. Native American were forced into christainity, my grandparents have told me stories of the catholic nuns and preists in "Indian" American boarding schools, I would ask for death than to be forced to convert to another religion.

ill take the beheading thank, OK who ever you are let me go and confess having sex with 12 men last night and the preist will forgive me. Come on what type of question is that if you knew anything about islam you would convert hands down it is the most purest religion out there

The whole idea of a forced conversion is wrong. I don't know, but i'm pretty certain that any god who would accept a conversion which was obtained in such a way, isn't worth our time.

People will say anything to save their lives. Words do not equate to action. I may verbally convert but if my heart/mind were not truly in it, it surely doesn't count.

Yeah and then I would convert to another religion once I was released.
I played a prank on some of my friends once. I tricked them into becoming Islam by getting them to read out a phrase that if you read it out your Islam. I think people pulling that prank is why it is the worlds fastest growing religion.

In the circumstances you said, yes, I would convert. In my heart it would mean zero, nothing, I would just be mouthing the words they wanted to hear in order to keep from dying. And I know that at some point I would have the opportunity to get the ~~~~ out of there and get back to normal life.

Tell them that I love and understand God much more than they do!

And, tell them how ignorant they are ... they know nothing about God, but they think they know everything. Stupid egos!

Then I'd probably die. I have peace with God ... He is my personal friend, I love Him, and death is coming anyway ... not worried about it.

PS Islam has many beautiful teachings which I would gladly accept, but those involved in terrorism know nothing about that. They make a mockery of Mohamed's teachings and destroy their own religion with their own misunderstanding. They are the enemies of the prophet.

Not me.

I think I'd rather convert than be beheaded. It's not a bad religion actually, it's just some people take the wrong way and become extremes
