Just like you would hard wire any other ceiling fixture. Your will find two line wires and a green ground. Attach the frame to the ground. In the US the hot wire is black and the other is white so attach the two of those to the corresponding wires coming from the fan. Modern fans have a control that goes into the switch box which is really a radio to control the light brightness and the fan speed. That is why the connections are so simple.

A couple of things you need to know and look out for:
The ceiling box has to be strong enough to support a rotating fan. There are various ways to do that and various devices you can use depending upon whether or not you can get into the space above the ceiling . You local home center can point you in the right direction on that.
The other thing you need to worry about is if the switch is on the other side of the ceiling box.
All the power will be in the ceiling box and then the white(s) from the fixture will go the white(s) from the line
The black from the line will go to the black from the switch and the white from the switch will return to the black from the fixture.
Tape or paint the white wires black to indicate that they're hot.

Hard wiring means taking out the light and reconnecting the fan to the wires and screwing everything up to the ceiling permanent like. One wire to the black and one to the white and one to the ground.
