OK -- so you're the 10 mins/day guy :-) Instead of trying to squeeze by with doing as little as possible, try to maximize the benefit out of something. You should try to do this in all aspects of your life, and you'll get a lot more out of life in general.
Choose a book or Internet articles that interest you. You'll learn more because the topic interests you. Then, hopefully you'll be reading for longer than 10 minutes per day! The goal of the 10 mins is just to say that you can achieve something if you set a goal and work on it a bit every day.
So, the content of what you read is more important than where you are reading it from. Personally, I sneak a book with me on bus commutes. Then, I don't "waste" time just sitting on the bus, and I get my x minutes per day of reading something interesting :-) But, you'll find that to really get anything accomplished, you may have to have some reading marathon sessions!

The same. But you save more energy just reading a book. It gives you a head start in sleeping.

In reading from a book, You learn how to look up your own
answers and solving your own problems. When taking a test
for a job aplication, you will not have your laptop sitting in
front of you for others to answer your questions for you, daa
