It depends on the extent of the damage. If only the fin is damaged then yes, it will grow back in time. If the "meat" of the fish is involved then no, it generally won't grow back.

Yeah. Fish's fins can and will grow back eventually, feed the fish high protein foods.

Yes. It takes about 2-4 weeks, if they haven't been nipped to the nub. You can buy fin repair medication at the fish store also. A little aquarium salt or un-iodized salt will help prevent infection and give them a slime coat for more protection.

Starfish can regrow arms but fish with fins cannot grow their fins back.
