Many people try to hard to cover up that they have bad days like the rest of us. No one can be happy all the time, yet you can be joyful about what you have.

Because it doesn't make sense to try so hard to prove that we are sad.

Are you rather be sad or happy?

People like that are putting up a facade and living a lie.. it is that simple.. someone who is happy with themselves don't feel the need to defend themselves.. those that put up a facade feel they must continously defend their position.. they are justifying living as they do and being as they are because they do not want to admit the truth.. The truth is a tough thing to live up to.. so those that do not want to express the truth..lie.. and when they lie.. they are insecure..insecurity breeds defendsiveness..
