Personally I find that French is a very beautiful language. Though I am currently taking Latin as a foreign language, I find it to be much easier on the whole than English. English however is the best language to express complex thoughts, it is, as they say, the true language of science. I also find Slovak and languages deriving from Old Church Slavonic to be interesting in their own way because they combine the mechanics of Latin with the vocabulary of a Germanic nature.
There are so many and they are disappearing at such a fast pace in this modern, more connected world, it truly is a travesty to so many of the unique cultures the human race has developed.
