I just got back from my vacation and my next door neighbors were watching my gold fish.When I got back I noticed that on my goldfishes nose there is this white bubble like thing there and there is a little red.What is wrong is it normal??!!??

Probably a bacterial infection such as Furunculosis. I would suggest treating with Maracyn 2 or Maracyn TC. Just treat as directed on the package.

No it's not normal.
If it small and the fish doesn't seems effected then it's probably early infection. Treat it early and it should be fine.
