I also have one, the "silver certificate" bills are of interest to collectors. You can go to google and find out all about it by the serial number. I think the best way to sell it would be on eBay.

Those bills were supposedly backed by silver, not the gold standard backing our bills today. They are rare and to a collector valuable, so I would say don't use it as cash (you can do that if you have to) but see if you can find a buyer or keep it as a novelty.
