I live in the 10th floor which is the top floor in the apt. This is an individual apt.?

However I've always heard clear yet sometimes solid sounds, even around 2 am, like dragging chairs or moving desks on the floor. I suppose they come directly from the roof, the 9th floor or another unit across the hall (Otherwise how can they be clear?). I told our security service about this, but they couldn't explain why. "Can anyone in any related field share professional experiences on my concern?"

Probably concrete floors and the noise is reberberating through the mass. Only thing I can think of.
