If scientists use animals for a good use, why do companies continue to test products on animals?

Scientists consider tests of products as a good use. PETA people consider such scientists as war criminals, but that's their opinion. Most PETA "victories" seem to be associated with unauthorized or unnecessary cruelty to animals, which they then believe happens all the time.

May cause side effects such as burning of the skin, diarrhea, blindness, mental retardation, paint peeling from your bathroom, foaming from the mouth, loss of hair, loss of appetite, and in severe cases death.

Products MUST be tested to ensure consumer safety. The use of animals in product testing and biomedical research is justified, not just for our benefit but for the benefit of animal care in the future.
