I just went from a 80GB 2MB cache harddrive to a 160 gb hard drive with a 8MB cache and my whole system is faster and I am wondering if a ram card will farther improve the speed of my PC?

BTW I have a DELL that has only 256 MB of memory.

Bigger RAM improves overall system performance. Go buy more RAM. They are cheap now but maybe not for long. 1Gb is optimum in Win XP.

yes, ram will greatly improve your system!!!

Make sure you buy the right ram for your computer (DDR, DDR 2, So DIM, Sd RAM) and find our the MAX ram your computer can take. I would expand to 1gb or 2gb if possible.
