Usualy slow so you can scope out the area. Unless you see a spot! Then you better hurry!

It might be more efficient to go faster, but definitely more dangerous, esp. to little kids you can't see! Also, plenty of people never look before backing up...into you. So, it might take longer, but I go slowly and usually park away from other cars. A short walk won't kill most people.

Most efficient is to park on the outskirts where a space is quickly available, turn off the engine to save fuel, and walk.

Kind of medium, and go directly to the middle spots rather than the closest ones. It's a waste of time trying to find something in the first row (they're usually handicapped anyways.)

drive slowly and let your vision do the looking (far ahead and viewing several rows and parking areas at once).

I think it is better to drive slower unless you are finding for s spot. It is best not to get into any mishaps or accident

I treat it like musical chairs. Around and around and around I go till I see the spot, then it's 8000 rpm and screeching tires.

Fireman "T"s correct again, and Smorb seems quite astute.

Baby, I suggest you park five miles from your destination and walk.
The exercise will be good for you!
