I think that all sports have the good aspects and bad. In general I really like to watch American Football live (I'm in Wisconsin so I get to see Favre and the Packers at Lambeau - one of the greatest sports venues in the world)
Basketball is pretty fun, too - but you can pretty much ignore the game until the final minutes.
Soccer seems to be less about scoring and more about endurance - which I find not as interesting to watch.
Baseball is a relaxing sport, almost nostalgic. But not exciting like Football.

Kids sports. Doesn't matter if it's soccer, football, basketball, baseball, softball, taekwando, gymnastics or whatever I love to watch the kids having fun at it. College gets a bit boring and by the time you get to the pros it's a bunch of overpaid, egotistical crybabies.

Running all the way! If I must, I'd pick cross country over track any day...but just running in general; after all, when I'm grown up, I won't say that "Oh, I run track on the weekends;" that's a high school sort of saying. I'll say "Oh, yeah, I'm a runner."
