I remember one of my first addresses as I grew up on a farm and the address was our family name. After we moved, the powers that be, changed it to something else. As for all address and telephone numbers, I remember zilch. There are far too many to remember; N.Y., Maryland, Virginia, D.C., and a number of them here in Canada.

I don't remember my first phone number, but I do remember my first address. I remember all of my addresses come to think of it, but none of my phone numbers except for the one I have now. I guess it is because you write out your address more than you call yourself.
