IT'S NOT AN INFECTION.

It happens because you just haven't touched the head enough when you were younger. I went through the same thing.

It will get less sensitive, though.

Just touch it more and it'll get good after a while. =) Now I can rub it all I want with no discomfort.

After all, that's the purpose of the foreskin, to keep the head sensitive for pleasure... just not THAT sensitive. =P

So start rubbing it little by little when you shower. Play with it. That's the trick. Then it'll be all pleasure.

Let me know if you have any questions, too. You can contact me from my profile, since I went through the same a few years ago. =)

And yeah, new studies have confirmed that circumcision (which you aren't) reduces sensitivity/pleasure as time goes on, since everything rubs on it. You on the other hand, the foreskin keeps it covered.

So play with it more; as simple as it sounds. =P This is common when guys start to finally play with it during puberty.

Hi there. Sorry for your troubles. Being uncircumcised definitely has advantages because of your sensitivity but pain might be associated with irritation. Retract the foreskin, clean the penis, and dry it before replacing the foreskin. You can also apply a small dab of Neosporin to the irritated area. Cleanliness is a challenge but is part of maintaining optimal reproductive health. Cleaning as described once or twice a day is essential Have a nice day.

from your question, you sound that you are still very young, the foreskin will slowly be able to pull back fully once you reaches the growing up stages. It is normal.

when you take a bath/shower you always need to keep it clean with soap and water.

Let me say this again! from this day forward

You need to clean under your foreskin, keep it clean and dry, if it does Not Help you need to see a doctor.

Always keep it clean, didn't your mother or father tell you that?

Yes. If you were circumsized, you would have lost much of the sensitivity.

No, not normal. Men who are uncircumcised need to pay extra special attention to cleanliness and to dry well after taking a shower or bath.
Anytime you have one portion of skin in close contact with anothe portion of skin (crotch, pits, between toes) you have an area with a high potential for, particularly, fungus, as well as a number of other non-hygenic parasites.
Try some anti-fungal ointment for a few days. If it persists more than four days...see a doc.
