i get this error when i try to switch on the pc.. nothing will load thats the first thing i get then i have to restart the laptop a couple of times before it starts loading the bios and other stuff and one more thing i can only switch it on on safe mode anyhelp?????

Start up in safe mode then goto a restore point. if not reload the OS
