If you are asking for a nickname for a guy named Orlando, what about O-boy! (with emphasis on the boy, so it sounds very enthusiastic instead of wimpy).
This is based on one of the nicknames for the city of Orlando, Florida — O-town.
Another possibility is Oreo, like the cookie. Or Orry.

I guess sounding half-decent is pretty subjective, and most people get used to even funky-sounding names/nicknames very fast...
But anyway.
Of all the possible names I can think of, I think Landy probably sounds best.
