If you are having such a hard time with that decision, you could weigh the pros and cons of going or not going.
If you do go and it is lame, you can always leave early. On the other hand, if you don't go you could miss out on something you will never get to do again!

I would say Yes, because I am a sentinmental person, and the senior prom was a great memory from high school, and I really can't remember that much. I mean, the prom was ok, but getting all dressed up, hanging out with friends before, during, and after the prom was so much fun. Plus, food was good at the prom.
Memories are good, take lots of pictures and scrapbook them!!!

Do you have a date? I think you should definately go, with a date or without one. You would be missing out on it if you didn't go. Senior prom is like the end of high school. There won't be anything else like it ever, so you should take advantage of the time you have now. Go and have fun!

You should go. You only have one senior prom. It's the last big party before you graduate. You might not see most of these people ever again.

It relies upon on the promenade for my section. particularly some faculties are going to fasten-in proms and that i does not see any situation with you going to one like that. The promenade itself does not be the concern besides because's a school function with adults there. the place you're able to desire to get your self into hassle could be after the promenade. possibly you ought to arise with after plans past to time to steer away from being in a risky project? arise with some thing relaxing like disco bowling possibly. in case you have been my daughter i might in my opinion fairly have you ever in a inn room with this guy than out at alcohol-fueled events. i be conscious of too lots of people who've had their lives replaced continuously or thoroughly ended because of the fact of events and below the impact of alcohol making use of, so please be careful! remember while making use of to and from the promenade that whether you do each and every thing suited somebody else's undesirable determination would desire to cost you your existence.

well - you could go, and if it's really bad take off - but if you don't go you may regret it later - especially if it is your senior year - you won't have much time to hang out with your HS friends - after HS people go seperate ways - even if you say you'll keep in touch, it's not that easy - go make an apperance - see what happens...

You should go. You only get to be a senior once, and you might regret it if you don't go. Prom is awesome!! Don't blow it.

you know, this is a totally personal thing ..... it is mainly as last opportunity social event to share with your classmates
perhaps if you feel no major emotional bond with any of those folks - then it is no big deal
the other side of that coin is - that is the last opportunity to share with your fellow classmates - some you may never see again after graduation
as I said - totally personal

no -- your memories of HS and your senior year shouldn't be based in an expensive uncomfortable suit or dress...peer pressure and awkward fumbling in a limo that has to be returned in 15 minutes
