Night.. I usually don't have time in the mornings, and it actually makes me more tired instead of waking me up.

I do both. If i take a shower in the morning i'd just be sleeping in all the filth i congured up the day befor and if I take a shower at night I'd ly in my bed get up after i had taken a shower and all the dead skin cell and every other little particul that is on my bed is all over my body and I'd be walking around all day with it. sorry I'm a bit of a germaphobe.

Taking a shower in the morning wakes me up and I feel clean and refreshed to start the new day.

I take one every morning. I drink at night and get too lazy then, unless I workout, than I shower morning and night.
