Ginko biloba.
You may also need to treat the reason you're not paying attention, if it's a new symptom and not something chronic. If it's caused by stress, take Eleuthro. If it's caused by depression, take St. John's wort. Expect to take it for six weeks before you can really feel the difference. If it's caused by lack of sleep, take green tea extract during the day (for energy and alertness) and melatonin 30 minutes before bedtime for restful sleep.

Ginkgo Bibloka.I like it really best since 36 years old.I only take 30mgs.,daily. Anything more makes me nervous.Other herbal supplements,like,bee pollen are supposed to do this,also royal jelly,but, I like ginkgo.Gotu Kola is another one-maybe a little bit.The Gotu Kola,maybe a little bit.
