Probably somewhere around a full moon starting to move to third quarter. Since such a moon rises about sunset or somewhat later, how did you miss it?

Like, it looked the way the moon does every month around full moon. Today (May 5) its just a few days past full moon, like so its not like quite full anymore.
Not sure what you're actually asking (or where you learned to spell simple words).

Let me put it this way; you didn't miss anything. Luna hasn't changed much in the last 50 years, just gotten a little farther away gradually. It will stop that and start moving closer in a few years.

It has been pretty cloudy here, but I did see it peeking through a gap in the clouds the other night and it was nearly full.
