You might want to ask him if you want the answer to that question because I don't think anyone on here can tell you that.
However, if you have only been together for a short time, you might not want to seem so "crazy" about him. That could really freak him out and then he'll probably just think you are crazy.
I don't think there is anyway for you to know for sure without him telling you. Just pay attention to the way he treats you and the way he looks at you, that sort of thing. At least you will have an idea of how he feels.

Like, OMG purely flow locate him! Like, you may flow to the pool and entirely placed on an identical bathing healthful so he recalls you---OMG wait! No do not placed on an identical ingredient human beings will completely think of you're like, undesirable or something considering you're donning final years bathing healthful so OMG do not! yet like yeah, flow see him ok?

Put him in situations where he has to. Example: Favors, or tell him you're not feeling well and see how he reacts. Make him go out of his way for you. If he really loves you he will go out of his way to see that you're happy. Dont push it. Just use good and fair judgement. Plus the test of time will prove all. Best wishes.

Does he act like he loves you? Action speaks more than words. You can tell if someone loves you by the way he speaks to you, looks at you and if he cares how you feel.

does he call you up in the middle of the day, "just because"?
does he love to try to impress you with how strong or smart or successful he is?
does he drop what he's doing to be with you? would he diss his own friends to spend time with you?
when he kisses you, does it seem like he's dying of thirst and you're his drink of water?
does he look deeply into your eyes, as if they were mirrors into his own soul?
if the answers to any of these questions is "yes," i'd say he's crazy about you.

I think he will show it in his emotions how the way he feels about you.Also he won't be shy around his friends.If he is thants not a good sign Good Luck!!

Ask him.... and does he watch you as you talk to him, is he interested in what you are saying.
When you are in a room with other girls, does his eyes wander a lot or just a glance and then his focus is all on you.... you'll know
