That is not always so easy to answer because much depends specifically on the woman.
I think the eyes and face make a big difference
Generally, though, for me as a male, the first place I tend to look after I have considered how nicely she appeals - that is, at her body - is around the upper thigh region.
As a sexual being, Instinctively I go to the 'heart' of the matter, you might say - the region surrounding her crotch.
The first thing I am looking for is how meaty and fleshy are her inner thighs - that surround this most intimate area and how well-packed and fleshy are her upper thighs generally, as a whole. After all, you make love to meat and flesh, not to bone!
I prefer the beauty to be particularly from the frontal aspect, but there are many girls who have the most beautiful shapely side-views of this region as well - with fantastic deep curve of the lower back and beautifully fleshy backsides and lovely muscly projection in front at the top of the thigh that adds a lot of curve to the upper leg.
But, for some women, the most sexual part can be wonderful full breasts - but, particularly, are they sexy if she has huge nipples for her breast size and enormous areolae; they are just so sexual.

That depends on what the guy likes. All men do not like the same thing. A nice butt shaped like a heart is very attractive.
