IHOP. Seriously. It goes like this: Romanticism reminds me of IHOP, because I think of the scene in Swingers when Mike is hitting on the waitress in an IHOP-y type place by making a reference to the Age of Enlightenment, then assumes that the waitress was clueless because she didn't react at all, until she passes him and refers to him as Voltaire ... who had nothing to do with the romanticist movement save to incite it, perhaps. But that's the thought process... sad, convoluted, but true. I also totally don't get the Voltaire/Age of Enlightenment reference.
