If you are trying to enable UPNP then you need to log into your router. This will most likely be 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
______________________________________________
Goto your Network connections and double click on your wireless connection. Click on the support tab and look the address next to Default Gateway. That should be the address you need to type in to get to your routers settings....

Try entering "/index.html" at the end of the address.
Empty the cache, then try reloading the page.
In some cases a link might open a file in another application. If the file or an application to open the file isn't available, a message says Safari can't open the URL or file. Contact the administrator of the website for help locating the file or the application needed to open it.

That's an ip address for your LOCAL network (usualy).
Are you sure that PC is open when you are trying to search it?
If your network has DHCP (the server is changing the adress whenever you log on) maybe the IP is not in use right now.

192.168 IP address is a private (usually local to a local router) IP address. If you are connected to a router then you are probably searching for your computer, or another computer on your router. I'm not sure what you are looking for at that IP address, if you could clarify, that would be extremely helpful in assisting you to find a solution. Thanks

This is a private IP address meaning it is limited to use behind a router - such as within an internal network.

That's a private IP address. Why are you trying to get to it anyway?
